Working alongside Snapshot Design, MyIntegrator helped deliver a custom BigCommerce checkout and specialized shipping engine integrated with Kurtz Bros’ NetSuite environment.

The solution guides customers through a self-serve checkout experience where they can select delivery or pickup, choose valid dates and time windows, receive accurate shipping options, and complete orders with the correct operational rules enforced in real time.

Behind the scenes, the system can determine the right vehicle type, calculate rates from NetSuite cartage data, split large orders across multiple loads, separate incompatible bulk materials, apply fuel surcharges, validate quote redemptions and select the correct fulfillment origin based on stock and location.

This is more than an eCommerce launch. It is a digital transformation of bulk landscaping logistics — turning a traditionally manual, call-to-book process into a scalable online ordering experience.
