Working closely with the Erskine team, we delivered a fully automated EDI integration with Sage 200 Evolution with Coles, Chemist Warehouse, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API), Woolworths, Drakes, Sigma, Symbion to centralises all order and invoice processing, while reducing administrative overhead.  

Key Features included:

• Automated Purchase Order Processing: Retailer orders flow directly from SPS into Sage within minutes, no manual data entry required.
• Real-Time Validation & Error Handling: Automatic checks for product, pricing, stock, and delivery details to minimise mismatches and delays.
• Seamless Multi-Retailer Communication: Support for POs, acknowledgements, invoices, shipping notices, and order changes, including retailer-specific formats used by partners like Woolworths.
• Faster Invoicing & Order Acknowledgements: Clean, consistent EDI documents improve accuracy and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
• Scalable Architecture: Easily onboard new retailers and document types as Erskine grows.

By automating their EDI operations, Erskine has significantly reduced admin time, cutting order processing from hours to around 15 minutes, while improving accuracy and enhancing communication across all retail partners.
