New Integration: BigCommerce BOPIS Solution for Cartridge World

We are thrilled to share our latest integration project with Cartridge World, a leading provider of printer cartridges and office supplies with a nationwide network of over 120 franchise stores.

Cartridge World needed a scalable way to support online ordering while accurately managing inventory across independently operated franchise locations. Each store maintained its own stock, making it difficult to provide customers with real-time availability and consistent order fulfilment when transitioning to BigCommerce.

To solve this, we delivered a custom Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) solution, tightly integrated with BigCommerce and Cartridge World’s multi-location inventory network.

With this solution in place, Cartridge World has transformed its online fulfilment operations. Orders are processed faster, manual errors have been reduced, and customers enjoy a more reliable shopping experience with accurate stock visibility and flexible fulfilment options.
