New Integration: BigCommerce + DEAR for Beer Cartel

We’re excited to share our latest project with Beer Cartel, one of Australia’s leading craft beer retailers!

Beer Cartel had been successfully operating a BigCommerce website integrated with LightSpeed POS, but as the business grew, they needed a more flexible ERP solution. They turned to DEAR / Cin7 Core to manage key operations and required a seamless migration that maintained the existing BigCommerce workflows. The challenge was to move to the new ERP without disrupting orders, inventory, or customer accounts.

To address this, we built a new BigCommerce-DEAR connector that replicated all existing functionality while adding full support for DEAR, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Features Include:

• Automatic Order Sync: New BigCommerce orders flow into DEAR, flagged as picked, packed, shipped, and invoiced.
  
• Customer Account Integration: Existing and new customers are synchronised between BigCommerce and DEAR.
  
• Master Product Catalog Sync: Product information and stock levels automatically updated from DEAR to BigCommerce.
  
• Inventory Management: Real-time stock updates ensure accurate availability across all sales channels.
  

With this integration, Beer Cartel continues to enjoy automated, end-to-end operations, now powered by a more scalable ERP system. Over 1000 products are updated automatically each day, orders are processed without manual intervention, and customer accounts remain fully synchronised between platforms.
