New Integration: BigCommerce + Sage 100 for Soundproductions

SoundPro had established a strong market presence with their BigCommerce store, but managing invoicing and shipping across both the storefront and Sage 100 ERP was becoming increasingly complex. Customers had no way to view invoices or track shipments online, and internal processes were slowed by manual reconciliation.

To solve this, we built a custom BigCommerce app to fully integrate Sage 100, automating invoice and shipping workflows while giving customers real-time access to their account information directly from the store.
