Updated Integration: Joel’s Garage Gear

We’ve just outfitted Joel’s Garage Gear with a fresh marketing integration for their Podium CRM and MYOB Advanced (Acumatica) ERP! This new work is our most recent project for Australia’s leading supplier of tools, cars, and garage equipment; we’ve previously connected their WooCommerce, and MYOB/Acumatica systems – and now we can add Podium into the mix!

This new integration shares contacts between MYOB Advanced and Podium, and leverages this data to automatically request reviews from customers when new orders are completed.

✅ All contact details in MYOB are automatically synchronised with Podium, ensuring up-to-date information, including past data.

✅ Completion of an order in MYOB triggers a custom-timed workflow in Podium. This workflow then sends a Google review request via SMS to the customer.

With this new integration, Joel’s Garage Gear can enjoy smoother CRM management with Podium, alongside a seamless setup for sourcing valuable customer feedback. What’s more, it was a breeze to set up; a testament to the experience of MyIntegrator team!
