New Integration: SAP B1 + Ordermentum for Aurora Foods

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of our latest integration project: a fully custom integration between SAP BusinessOne and Ordermentum, specifically tailored for Aurora Foods!

Aurora Foods is known for its premium production and wholesale distribution of Italian gelato and specialty handmade desserts across Australia. They’re also the proud owners of the popular Dairy Bell ice creameries. This new integration we’ve developed for them is designed to streamline all their sales-order synchronisation processes between Ordermentum and SAP B1.

With this integration, new orders, as well as updates to existing orders, will flow seamlessly between the two platforms. This will ensure that Aurora Foods’ sales data is always up-to-date and accurate, reducing the risk of errors and miscommunications.

In addition to that sales-order sync, this integration also includes a live product stock update feature, which will automatically match inventories between the ERP and Ordermentum, ensuring that Aurora Foods always has an accurate view of their stock levels. This will help inventory management and aid them in avoiding stockouts and overstocks.

Furthermore, the integration includes an automated debtor account linking feature to ensure that customer-based B2B pricing is consistent across all platforms, reducing the risk of pricing errors and helping to maintain good customer relationships.
