The primary goal of this integration was to automate critical operational workflows for Detroit Axle by connecting the Temu storefront directly to the Deposco Warehouse Management System. By automating order retrieval and inventory tracking, we aimed to eliminate manual data entry, accelerate order fulfillment, and prevent overselling.

Automated Order Synchronization
To ensure swift fulfillment, the integration completely bypasses manual order logging.
- The system automatically sweeps Temu for new, unshipped orders on a configured schedule.
- It securely extracts all essential fulfillment data, which includes exact item quantities, pricing details, and comprehensive customer shipping addresses.
- These orders are seamlessly translated and pushed directly into Deposco under the corresponding business unit, ready for immediate warehouse processing.
Dynamic Inventory Management
Maintaining accurate stock levels is vital for customer satisfaction and protecting our seller metrics on Temu.
- The integration actively scans and identifies our active product listings and SKUs currently on the Temu storefront.
- It then queries the Deposco warehouse system to fetch the exact “Available to Promise” inventory quantities for those specific items.
- Finally, the system automatically pushes these updated, real-time stock levels back to Temu so the storefront accurately reflects what is on the shelves.
