MYOB EXO, eBay and WooCommerce, Integrated & Automated!

Upon the completion of a brand new storefront design by Kobe Creations, eWorthit Online assigned the MyIntegrator team to fully integrate their newly designed website with their existing MYOB EXO system. In addition, our team was also entrusted with linking their pre-existing eBay online store to EXO.

The new website called for a slick persistent login system which supported different pricing for both consumer and wholesale customers. Our EXO-driven automated integration needed to bring across all product data with current inventories, whilst also supporting two-track order syncing across both the eBay and WooCommerce storefronts. It required us to leverage all our extensive knowledge and experience working with WooCommerce and MYOB EXO.

By leveraging the capabilities of WooCommerce, we successfully implemented advanced features for the eWorthit catalogue, such as three pricing options and support for multi-item ‘Bill of Materials’ products. Additionally, we enabled approved trade customers to access discounts through a convenient one-click sign-up system. Furthermore we delivered a consolidated order integration solution that seamlessly integrates new orders from both eBay and WooCommerce, while providing straightforward monitoring and control features via a central admin panel. As a result, we created an integrated online store that offers a user-friendly and visually appealing experience for both sellers and customers.

The outcome

By implementing our automated integration solution, we have achieved significant improvements in the eCommerce sales for the business. The integration has enabled efficient and reliable stock and order management, which is powered by MYOB EXO. This has resulted in streamlined processes and reduced the risk of errors, leading to increased operational efficiency. The integration has provided greater visibility and control over stock levels, allowing eWorthit to make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
