The Challenge
My Shop N Go, a trusted provider of electrical, safety, tooling, and hardware products, saw rapid growth as demand for their online store increased. Their WooCommerce storefront and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP operated in isolation, without a direct connection to keep them in sync.

Now, every time a customer places an order online, the details are instantly pushed into Business Central, streamlining order processing and eliminating delays. At the same time, inventory levels and pricing information are automatically synced back to WooCommerce in real-time, keeping the storefront accurate and up to date at all times.
By removing the need for manual data entry, this integration has drastically reduced the risk of human error, eliminated stock discrepancies, and ensured that customers always see the correct product availability and pricing.
