Offroad Living, a family-run business specialising in 12V off-grid power systems and accessories, was experiencing rapid growth across both their online and in-store sales. However, as order volumes increased, it became harder for the team to manage operations due to disconnected data between their Maropost (Neto) platform and QuickBooks accounting system. The Solution

To solve these challenges, the MyIntegrator team set out to develop a tailored integration that connected the Maropost Neto and QuickBooks platforms. Taking extensive notes and direction from Offroad Living, the integration unified and automated the entire workflow for orders, customers, payments, invoicing and inventory management. 

Now, when an order is placed online, the system automatically checks if the customer and product already exist in QuickBooks; if not, they are created instantly, requiring no manual input from staff. Our seamless sync sends complete order details, including line items, pricing, freight, tax and payment details, to QuickBooks in real-time, ready for invoicing and reconciliation. 

Inventory levels are synced from QuickBooks to Neto’s default warehouse, ensuring online stock availability always matches what’s physically in store. This has helped the team avoid overselling and maintain a better experience for their customers, especially during periods of high demand.
