The Solution

Our team delivered a custom integration between Splose and Podium to automate and simplify patient communication and billing workflows. When an appointment is booked in Splose, Podium automatically schedules an SMS reminder to be sent two business days before the session. After the appointment, once an invoice is created in Splose, Podium sends a payment reminder with a secure link. As soon as the payment is made, Podium updates the invoice status in Splose in real time. This fully automated workflow helps reduce manual imput, minimises errors, and significantly cuts down administrative workload.
