THE CHALLENGE
Six Zero is a fast-growing pickleball brand operating across three key markets: Australia, Canada, and the United States. As international demand increased, Six Zero needed to expand beyond a single-store setup and establish a dedicated Canadian storefront, while maintaining a consistent brand experience and efficient backend operations.
Initially, Six Zero’s Australian store required frontend refinements to improve usability and performance. However, as the business expanded into Canada, new complexities emerged. The team needed to set up a separate Shopify store, migrate existing apps and configurations, and ensure inventory, orders, and financial data remained accurate across regions.
A key challenge was managing inventory and order synchronisation between Shopify and CIN7, particularly with multiple stores and currencies involved. Additionally, Six Zero needed a reliable geolocation solution to ensure Canadian customers were directed to the correct store, while non-Canadian visitors were seamlessly redirected to the Australian site.



THE SOLUTION
We partnered with Six Zero to designed and delivered a tailored multi-store eCommerce solution to support Six Zero’s international expansion while maintaining operational efficiency.
We began by implementing frontend enhancements on the Australian store, improving the overall user experience and aligning the site with Six Zero’s evolving brand requirements. From there, we configured and launched a dedicated Canadian Shopify store, setting up store configurations including currencies, taxes, shipping rules, and regional settings.
Our team managed the migration of apps and functionality from the Australian store to the Canadian store, ensuring consistency across both environments. To support accurate stock management and order processing, we delivered a robust technical solution for CIN7 integration, enabling seamless synchronisation of products, inventory levels, and orders across multiple Shopify stores
To further improve the customer experience, MyIntegrator implemented geolocation-based redirection, automatically routing Canadian customers to the Canadian store and directing all other traffic to the Australian site. We also integrated Airwallex to support efficient and flexible international payments.
