SynergyPack

SAP R3 and WooCommerce Integration for SynergyPack

SynergyPack

The Challenge

SynergyPack is an integrated packaging, reuse, and recycling company based in Australia, offering a wide range of sustainable packaging solutions. To create a possibility to grow even further and streamline order, inventory, and payment management, MyIntegrator was enlisted to automate their processes and integrate their website with SAP R3. In addition, they required a user-friendly website that allowed for easy updates and management, as well as the capacity to send abandoned cart emails to potential customers.

The Solution

Following the completion of their new website design by Davidson Group, our team at MyIntegrator stepped in to integrate and automate Synergy’s online processes. We worked closely with SynergyPack to identify the areas where automation could improve their operations, while also ensuring that the website remained user-friendly and met their specific needs.

Firstly, we integrated orders and inventory. Order and inventory details will now automatically be shown in SAP R3, allowing for Synergy to operate more efficiently, reduce errors, and maintain better inventory management. By automating the process of order and inventory management, SynergyPack can reduce the amount of time and resources spent on manual data entry and management, freeing up more time to focus on their core business operations. We also integrated Synergy’s customer details into SAP. This means that all customer information, including order history and preferences, is available in one centralised location, making it easier to manage and analyse customer data.

The integration process also provided SynergyPack with complete visibility of their orders, including all invoices. To streamline the payment process for both SynergyPack and their customers, our team ensured that all invoices were readily available in PDF format and included a “pay now” page for any outstanding balances.

To ensure the user-friendliness of the Synergy website, the ability for their customers to stay logged in to their accounts was added. Our team recognized the importance of persistent access, particularly for customers who needed to frequently access their accounts. Furthermore, we wanted to ensure the SynergyPack website is manageable and easy to update. To achieve this, we integrated an intuitive content management system (CMS) that allows SynergyPack to easily add, edit and update content on their web pages.

Finally, we implemented an automatic abandoned cart email feature that sends an email to potential customers who left items in their cart without completing the checkout process. By implementing this feature, SynergyPack can potentially increase their sales and customer engagement.
